According to the designed control program, control system control the movement of hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder and the reversing valve, completed the required a variety of actions of actionmycetes, traction, cutting and unloading the anchor cables, and the feeding machine has the explosion-proof function.Mechanical design of this paper has completed the design calculation of Actinobacillus wheel, traction system, cutting system, discharging system and discharge line wheel brake for supporting the installation of discharge line wheel, Put the wire disc through screw adjustment, can realize the change of working diameter, under the wire disc installing four universal wheels, it intend to move the wire disc easily, designing cable locking device on the chassis of wire disc, to reduce the anchor projectile wounding incident; traction system adopts chain transmission device, a traction part by roller compacting to transport the anchor cable, the distance of two rollers is adjustable, it can transport different diameter anchor; cutting system adopt the abrasive cutting wheel, the whole structure is designed to be mobile, so that it can be fully the use of grinding wheel piece, also can reduce the error generated during the cutting; discharge the system is removable, by controlling the control system can realize the unilateral and bilateral unloading; this paper uses the ANSYS software for the roll wheel in the traction system, casters and spindle in condition of static analysis, the results show that, the traction system components stability and strength meet the requirements, but also on the traction system box was optimized; the main drive part load traction system kinematics simulation was carried out by using ADAMS software, get the movement rule between the pressing wheel and anchor.The design of the automatic cutting machine for mine dual anchor cables in this paper not only realize objective of the rapid, efficient in cutting anchor cable, it can greatly reduce the inputs in human and material, eliminating the risk factors, the safety factor is high, the original more collaboration, easy to produce with mistakes, and to tension, easy to play hurt, implementation full automatic homework now, greatly improve the safety coefficient. |
