Shenhua coal has the following characteristics, such as large output, low ash content and low sulfur etc. It is a kind of power coal which is widely used. But there is the shortcoming that poor performance in pulping, which affect the efficient clean utilization. The shenhua coal surface are be modificated by fluid wax and coupling agent of organic titanate. Five kinds of coal are chosen to blend with Shenhua coal, in-deep research on the laws of improving slurry-becoming behavinor of Shenhua coal. Forecast of coal slurry concentration with Multi-dimensional Linear Regression and neural network based on MATLAB. The main conclusions are shown as follows:The porosity and hydrophilicity of Shenhua coal deal with fluid wax are reduced, shenhua coal water slurry properties were improved, The concentration of Shenhua CWS were improved about2%point, the dewatering rate of CWS can be significantly reduced from4.55%to2.65%; the hydrophilicity of Shenhua coal deal with coupling agent of organic titanate, the concentration of Shenhua CWS were improved from57%to61%and get higher stability.With the blending ratio increased, CWS concentration of Shenhua coal are increased and get higher stability, the concentration of Shenhua blend with Liuyi coal increased remarkable. The part measured concentration of the slurry of Shenhua coal blend with Xieyi coal are higher than weighted calculation concentration, the strengths and weaknesses of blend coal and Shenhua coal are combined to improve the slurrybility.Forecast of CWS concentration with multi-dimensional linear regression for single coal and blending coal, with factors are increased, the effect of forecast are get better, Forecast of coal slurryconcentration with neural network single coal and blending coal, the effect of blending coal CWS concentration forecast are poorer slightly than blending coal CWS concentration forecast.
