Application Research Of Coal Blending Control System

Based on the coal blending control process of Jingtang Coking Plant,this paper introduces the blast furnace ironmaking process and coal blending coking process in detail,puts forward the demand for coke quality in modern blast furnace ironmaking production,reveals the problems existing in coke quality control of Jingtang Coking Plant,and makes a lot of work on designing and opening and application of the coal blending control system.There are four 7.63 coke ovens in operation in Jingtang Coking Plant.The coke produced is used to supply 5 500 m3 blast furnace of Jingtang Iron-making Plant.The blast furnace is the largest single volume blast furnace in China at present.In order to meet the stable demand of blast furnace production,coke with excellent strength index is especially required.In order to produce high quality steel,coke with low ash,low sulphur and even fragmentation is required.In modern coke oven coking process,70%of the factors affecting coke quality depend on the quality of blended coal.The remaining factors are blended coal pretreatment process and coking process control.With the design,construction and completion of Jingtang coking plant,pretreatment technology and process technology have been formed,there is no room for adjustment,so the quality of coke should be improved from coal blending.In this paper,the process of coking is studied in detail,the necessity of coal blending control system is found,and the coal blending control system of Jingtang coking plant is set up.The problems to be solved and the control functions to be realized are followed by the design and development of a coal blending expert control system with advanced performance,reliable operation,flexible operation and convenient maintenance,in order to realize the automation of coal plant management and the optimization of coal blending ratio.In recent years,coal blending control system has been paid more and more attention by coking enterprises because of its advantages such as improving production efficiency,stabilizing product quality and reducing production cost.Everyone has developed their own coal blending control system to achieve the above objectives.But its functions are relatively single,some only have the function of quality prediction,no integrated management of data,lack of overall control of coal blending process.Jingtang coking fully realized their shortcomings,combined with their actual production situation,designed and developed a perfect coking coal blending control system to guide coal blending,to achieve the whole process of coal blending control.The coking coal blending control system of Jingtang Coking Plant is divided into two stages,which are the first level of basic automation control and the second level of blending optimization control.The first level realizes the intelligent control of coal blending and cutting management,the collection of laboratory data and the capture of information on the production site;the second level realizes the functions of database information management,quality prediction and optimization of coal blending.The coking coal blending control system of Jingtang Coking Plant provides guarantee for the management of each post,realizes the fine coal blending production,improves the quality level of coke,enriches the theory of coking coal blending,and has important reference significance for guiding the coal blending and coking production.
