Underground coal mine environment, it is because of there are a large number of explosive gas and coal dust, and this requires all the coal mine electrical equipment must have a explosion-proof performance.This paper developed the combination switch is designed according to standards GB3836-2010, the development, the developed.This topic research mainly divided into four parts, the first part is the establishment of the standard of automobile combination switch and problems is put forward, in the second part is the design of combination switch explosion-proof enclosure, the third part is the writing of the electric design and PLC program, the fourth part is the performance test.In the design of explosion-proof enclosure, and using the Solidworks software, and the simulation module, and simplify the model, using the grid control and meshing, finally has carried on the simulation analysis, obtained the stress distribution and displacement diagram of explosion-proof enclosure. It provides a reference basis for the designing of the combination switch.In the writing of the principle of electric design and PLC program, first in terms of the overall control scheme was proposed, and according to designed the electric schematic diagram.According to "coal mine safety regulations" regulation:combination switch has the protection function mainly includes:leakage protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, open phase protection, under-voltage protection and overvoltage protection.According to the specific requirements of the various protection, the preparation of the ladder diagram program. The core of the central control unit chose KC02-MD mine this modular Ann programmable controller.In test section, mainly according to the standard requirements, completed the combination switch in all kinds of performance testing, including all kinds of test data, charts, interface, etc.Underground coal mine harsh environment because there are a large number of explosive gas and coal dust, and this requires all the coal mine electrical equipment must have a flame-proof performance.In this paper, research and development of combination switch is designed according to GB3836.2-2010standard, through the test, in line with national standards.
