Processing and material in factories are usually accompanied with industrial dust,which is harmful to workers' health.Occasional dust explosion threaten people's life and property,and causes sudden environmental pollution.Presently,the dry and wet dust removal equipments of the plant are operated separately,which need to be manually guarded.There are problems of low efficiency,poor timeliness,and unregulated.The safety supervision department is unable to supervise the plant in real time,and cannot handle the accident in time when it occurs.Usually,a large amount of sensor data will be generated during the operation of the plant.It would be beneficial for enterprises risk management and decision making to use data analysis and visualization techniques.A new type of dust removal and explosion protection system based on equipment networking is proposed in this paper.First,the system collects production line data and sends it to server.Then,we realized the plant management system through technical methods,which is convenient for enterprise management and safety supervision department inspection.Also,we excavates and analyses sensor data to set up prediction model and evaluation indicator.Finally,the system provides the function of query and visualization of massive sensing data.This system combines the advantages of Io T technology and dust removal equipment to build an integrated scheme of supervision and explosion control.The system is designed with a segmented,layered architecture model.According to the business type,the dust removal and explosion-proof system includes into three relatively independent subsystems.It contains the Sensor Data Acquisition Subsystem,the Dust Removal and Explosion-Proof Management Subsystem and the Data Analysis Subsystem.Each subsystem is developed and deployed separately.The subsystems communicate via an asynchronous data bus and remote calls.The Sensor Data Acquisition Subsystem uses selfdeveloped development board and customized network protocol to transmit data.The server uses Netty+Zoo Keeper cluster for network communication.The Management Subsystem includes a mobile application and a desktop web client.It manages projects and devices in the system based on geographic and role permissions.The Data Analysis Subsystem is based on the relevant theory of time series analysis.It analyzes the collected plant sensing data,realizes real-time abnormality detection,trend analysis and prediction,and fault similarity matching.The Data Analysis Subsystem uses the timing database Influx DB,combined with Grafana to visualize the plant production data and its analysis indicators.Meantime the subsystem uses Flink cluster for flow calculation and batch calculation.The system has been stably running for more than one year.Many metal processing,wood processing and building materials manufacturers in Jiangsu Province and Chongqing city have been connected to the system.It has been changing the traditional way of inspection and supervision,and has been praised by enterprises and regulatory authorities.
