Blast furnace tuyere is a key component to send hot air in the blast furnace. Whenincrease hot air in process of the blast furnace producing, need to destroy sealing clay(after sintering) within the straight blowpipe. In this way hot air can transfer into theblast furnace from the surrounding pipe; And the occurrence of unforeseencircumstances such as a sudden stop the wind, the power failure making the feed fallingfrom the blast furnace roof, the furnace slag and iron are poured into the, you need toclean up the plug iron slag in the tuyere pipe, to restore blast furnace production.To solve the above problems using the drilling machine works to design opentuyere machine and use aerodynamic theory, such as, considering the gas adiabaticcharging process and compression characteristics of the gas and so on, to build themathematical model of the open tuyere machine,and establish simulink simulationmodel based on the mathematical model. By changing the friction coefficient betweenmoving parts and the main structure parameters in the model, analyze their impact onMain performance of open tuyere machines such as impact energy, the impact offrequency. Using the best drilling speed principle that under the same power the largerthe impact energy the lower impact frequency the drilling speed is more better, tooptimize open tuyere machine. obtained the main structural parameters and frictioncoefficient under optimum principle.Open tuyere machine is drilling equipment through impact, the piston impact witha certain frequency during working, and therefore particularly important to analyze thevibration characteristics. Seeking its natural vibration frequencies and mode shapes, to select drillrod length to avoid the impact of frequency resonance.Finally through the prototype verify the feasibility of design scheme of blastfurnace tuyere machine, and the correctness of the simulation model and optimizationanalysis.
