In order to maintain production capacity while the main from oil fields thick reservoircapacity decline,people start to extract the poor thin reservoir. Due to there are always a lotof reservoirs underground and there is a long distance between the every two, and for theextraction of oil, every reservoir needs the perforation. Thus proposed the multistageperforating operation requirements. Downhole pressure changes in the process ofperforating is a key indicator to judge the effect of the perforation, at present, mostdownhole pressure test instrument for closed storage type measurement, It cannot meet thedemand of diversified construction of intelligent perforation because of the lag of pressuredata acquisition. In this paper, the oil well smart multistage perforating technologydiscussion research, and the Oil well intelligent multiple perforation system is designed.Combine the multistage perforating technology and the downhole pressure accesstechnology, supply power to the underground equipment and transmit the down wholepressure data with the single core cable. It makes the perforation construction moreconvenient efficient, and implements the intelligent of the perforating technology.Following several aspects of works were done in the process of the systemdevelopment.Investigating actual demand in the oil field production. Analyze the technologydevelopment status at home and abroad in the aspects of perforation, pressure datacollecting and communication on the cable to determine the overall system design.Build the two-wire transmission model of the long distance single core cable, simulateits frequency response on software workbench, and designed cable simulator for validation,then determine the scheme of communication. Design the remote transmission nodes based on the scheme of communication, andstudy the design principle of it detailed.Analysis the detonating condition slapper detonator and magnetoelectric detonator anddesign the electric detonator exploder, improve its high temperature resistance and impactresistance performance by specific designs.Study the compatibility of the system, solve the problems about the Electromagneticcompatibility and the power supply voltage compatibility.
