Combination of perforating and testing is a technique which joins the perforators and test parts into string instruments. It can complete perforation and testing at the same time. The advantages of this technique include improving the construction efficiency, reducing the operating costs, saving the exploration and development investment, improving the safety of construction, decreasing secondary pollution, increasing the accuracy of taking information, which makes the evaluation results of oil and gas wells more authentic and accurate. It is known that there are several coordination problems of downhole tools. In this thesis, parts of problems of combination of perforating and testing were analyzed and solved. The work flow was improved. The collaboration of downhole tools and situation of protecting the precise instruments were also analyzed. The main technical bottlenecks were broke through and the operation risks were reduced. Besides, The way of detonating was also studied in order to ensure the success rate of perforating and to prevent the misuse of fire which may distroy the casing. New technology and methods were developed in order to guide the development of the combination of perforating and testing technique and to get a qualitative breakthrough not only in the way.Through analytical methods of perforation pressure from perforation inflow test analysis(PITA), more information is gain in a way of lower pollution and less time, and the well formation is got at a lower cost than normal test. In this thesis, The basic theory about analytical methods of perforation pressure from PITA was researched, and analytical methods of perforation pressure from PITA under the situation of complex formation properties and fluid flow were studied simply. It is important that the purpose of theoretical research is to guide the field application. A single well was researched systematically based on the Zhongyuan Oil Field. Parameters such as the original formation pressure, permeability, skin factor were gained. At last, the relationship between the radios of investigation and interference factor was analyzed and solutions to reduce the interference were given.
