Variety materials play an important role in the production and the progress ofhuman society, such as medical materials, superconducting materials, zeolites, energyconversion and storage materials. Usually what we call a porous materials includemicroporous and mesoporous and macroporous materials, but simple microporous andmesoporous materials is hard to comply with the need of production, so thepreparation of multistage aperture molecular sieve materials and composite materialsbecome one of the inevitable trend, thus these materials have a great advantage instructure: it exists not only microporous structure but aslo mesoporous andmacroporous structure, and different size of the hole to make up for a simple hole sizelimit and the insufficiency. Such as microporous and mesoporous composite materialsbecause of the introduction of mesoporous, make the material of the BET increasedobviously, and weake the microporous molecular sieve hole size in the catalyticreaction of the restriction and influence, this makes the catalytic somemacromolecules to become possible. Core-shell structured molecular sieve is suchkind of composite material. In this kind of material, a variety of different channelbetween relatively independent, but connect with each other on the function whichmakes the materials show better physical and chemical properties.TS-1molecular which belongs to microporous molecular is MFI topologystructure. Because zeolite TS-1has good catalytic oxidation, strong selective catalytic, the mild reaction conditions, low energy consumption, etc. So it is widely used inindustrial production. Therefore, preating kinds of TS-1with good catalyticperformance is so important taht it can make huge economic benefits. In this paper the first topic introduce the development and function of the nuclearreactions, the constant development and definition of core-shell zeolites, somesynthesis methods for physics and practical foreground.,the definition anddevelopment of heterogeneous catalysis and the significance of topics. The second topic introduces a core-shell zeolite TS-1@mSiO2with zeolite TS-1as its core and mesoporous silica as its shell, and the template of mesoporous silica is CTAB. In the experiment, we adjust the proportion of solvent, reaction time, theamount of CTAB and TEOS to explore its effect, and successfully passed thecontrollable who amount to enable it to achieve the size of zeolite TS-1@mSiO2,make it into a controllable, and the catalytic reaction of phenol hydroxylation of test, the reaction result shows that TS-1@mSiO2molecular sieve on the conversion ofphenol relative to molecular sieve TS-1with the increase of relative, but also makesthe by-product benzoquinone selectivity increased significantly. The third chapter will TS-1sieve phenolic resin on the outer package, parcel onmesoporous SiO2again, after by calcining remove phenolic resin layer, between theTS-1zeolite and mesoporous silica will produce gap, and the width of the gap can byadjusting the thickness of the phenolic resin to achieve controllable, thus successfullyformed TS-1zeolite and mesoporous SiO2is a hollow structure of the new layer issimilar to the egg yolk of Y-TS-1@mSiO2core-shell structure, and the phenolhydroxylation reaction test, the test results show that the Y-TS-1@mSiO2molecularsieve catalytic efficiency is better than the second chapter mesoporous SiO2molecularsieves synthesis of TS-1.The fourth chapter will nanometer molecular sieve TS-1with cetyl three oxygensilane in toluene reflux8h, successfully obtained with hydrophobic properties of F-TS-1molecular sieve, and the stability test, the forming of Pecking the stability ofthe emulsion can long exist, and catalytic reaction test was carried out.
