Zeolite composites are usually composed by several kinds of materials.The materials can combine with various porous structure in nanoscale,producing synergistic effect.Different types of zeolite materials often achieve complementary advantages by constructing different core-shell structures.Composites with core-shell structure are a series of multifunctional material with micro/nano-scale particles as the core,which is coated with one or more layers of different material nanoshells by physical or chemical action.It has the advantages of simple synthesis method,easy repeatability,adjustable shell thickness,and multi-hole structure?micropore and mesopore?.Studies have shown that the core-shell zeolite has excellent adsorption performance,because the core-shell structure composite material combines the micropore of zeolite with the mesopore of silica.Although the core and shell are independent of each other in the pore structure,they are interrelated in function,thus showing stronger adsorption capacity.This paper aims to obtain functional porous materials,and Selects microporous zeolite and mesoporous organosilica as research objects.The goal of this paper is to explore a new method for preparing porous core-shell composites,Attempt to synthesize new core-shell structural composites and study the application of these materials in adsorption.?1?In this paper,we attempt to synthesize Nano-A type zeolite?Nano-A?,using Nano-A as core,mesoporous organic silicon?Et-PMO?as shell,and CTAB as template to prepare Nano-A@Et-PMO core-shell structure composite material.Firstly,the methylene blue?MB?adsorption performance of zeolite and core-shell composites was studied.Results shows that the MB adsorption capacity of core-shell composites is about 18 times higher than that of zeolite.In addition,the kinetic model and isotherm model of the zeolite and core-shell composite material were also taken into study,of which the result shows that the MB adsorption capacity of the two samples meet the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.?2?In this study,the Nano-A zeolite was used as the core and the mesoporous inorganic/organic hybrid silicon?Am-PMO?as the shell.The Nano-A@Am-PMO composite material was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM,TEM,N2 adsorption and FT-IR.At the same time,the adsorption properties of MB for the composites of yolk-shell structure Nano-A@Am-PMO were researched,the MB absorption capacity of yolk-shell is as21 times as that of zeolite,indicating that the synthesized Nano-A@Am-PMO composite is an excellent adsorbent material.
