Study On The System Of Transgenic Biotechnology Environmental Monitoring

Recent years, the wildly use of transgenic technology in many fields has make a great benefit to human. But the development of environmental monitoring system of transgenic biotechnology can’t keep pace with the rapid step of biotechnology. This situation brings some damage and potential threat to ecological environment. How to improve the environment monitoring system and make it coordinate with biotechnology have become to the key question of biotechnology’s healthy development.This study is based on the theory and practice of transgenic biotechnology environmental monitoring. It analyses the question and status of environmental monitoring system of transgenic biotechnology in our country with researching foreign transgenic biotechnology environmental monitoring system. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures such as improving the legal system of bio-safety management structure, establishing the effective coordination agencies of biotechnology environmental monitoring system and improving the system of public participation and labeling. The study is divided in to six parts. The first chapter is the part of general discussion. It mainly discusses the research foundation of this study including research background, research purpose, research significance, research status at home and abroad and drawing up the research method. Chapter two is the summary of concept and theoretical basis about transgenic biotechnology environmental monitoring. In the third chapter it lists some foreign outstanding model about transgenic biotechnology environmental monitoring. The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this study it summarizes the status of environmental monitoring system of transgenic biotechnology in our country and taking soybean as an example to make an empirical analysis. Chapter five discussed the problems of environmental monitoring system of transgenic biotechnology and find out the countermeasures about the problems. The last part is the conclusion, it makes a summary of the whole study.
