Amino acid is a kind of important biological molecularcomposition structure of the human body, its function is veryimportant for many life phenomena. The adsorption of amino acids, which is Studied by two aspects: theory and experiment, is animportant step toward understanding the binding of protein into thesurface. This paper will couple capillary electrophoresis withchemiluminescence and chemical modified electrode for thedetection of serine electrically induced, increasing the detectionsensitivity of capillary electrophoresis end-column detection. Thecontent includes the following three parts:1. By using the cyclic voltammetry method for the preparation ofL-cysteine (L-cys) chemically modified electrode, we explore thedirect electron transfer mechanism of cysteine on the electrode. The experimental results also proved by calculation. Aftercalculation, we found that cystine and Pt electrodes are connectedwith each other through doubly bridged O-C-O. Changes in thedensity of States and the adsorption energy are also studied withdifferent functional groups of cysteine adsorpted on Pt electrode. Inthe experiment, we discuss the effect of various factors on the chemical modified electrode, such as the bottom liquid pH, scanrate, and the soaking time. Under the optimal conditions, serine(L-serine) was detected to verify the analysis performance ofmethod. Finally, we detect the Apple Cider Vinegar samples.2. Since the serine enhanced bipyridine rutheniumelectrochemiluminescence signal, we develop a new method bymeans of capillary electrophoresis electrochemiluminescencebased on chemically modified electrode to assay content of serine, sensitivity of capillary end-column detection increased.3. This introduced method has the advantages of simple operation, less reagents, fast detection and other characteristics, which is afeasible method for the detection of serine.
