In view of the shortcoming of traditional catalyst, we conceive loading the activecomponent boron into mesoporous materials to prepare the recycled catalyst B-SBA-15. Itwas applied to the synthesis of the biphenyl derivatives of α-aminophosphonates and provedcirculating effectively. Then using α-aminophosphonate as leading compound, the biphenylα-aminophosphonates derivatives was synthesized via two step involving Suzuki reaction andMannich reaction. And the target compounds were firstly synthesized. All compounds wereconfirmed by1HNMR,13CNMR,31PNMR, IR, HRMS and elemental analysis. The results ofbioassay showed that the biphenyl derivatives of α-aminophosphonates exhibited certainanti-TMV and anti-CMV respectively. Compound4d exhibited higher activity (64%) onanti-TMV in500μg/mL than Ningnanmycin (55.4%), and compound4s exhibited excellentactivity (79.8%) on anti-CMV in500μg/mL than Ningnanmycin (53.2%). As this kind ofcompounds had excellent antiviral activity of plants, it can be applied to prepare the drug ofplant virus, especially the CMV pesticides.
