TiO2nanomaterials have special effects, such as surface and interfaceeffect, small size effect, quantum size effect and macroscopic quantumtunneling effect, make it got more and more widely used in optical, electrical,thermal, biomedical and so on. Especially in biomedical applications TiO2nanomaterials is a hot spot. Preparation of TiO2nanomaterials are mainlyanodic oxidation method, etc. But the structure prepared by anodic oxidationhas poor mechanical properties compared with micro-arc oxidation. Therefore,on this basis, this paper proposes a new method, a novel MAO technique(N-MAO), of preparation of nanometer structure.1) Novel micro-arc oxidation techique combined the advantages of anodicoxidation and micro-arc oxidation, prepared micro/nano structure on the surfaceof titanium substrate.2) TiO2mesoporous array structure is ordered and the aperture is uniformin a certain range (10-50nm), and is adjustable, hole’s length are more than1μm, mesoporous coating layer thickness around30microns.3) Orderly nano mesoporous structure and higher specific surface area, isadvantageous to the long-term effective antibacterial effect, helps to proteinadsorption, thus promote cell adhesion and growth.4) Preparation mechanism of the structure: in the beginning, the voltagepunctured oxide film layer, to form the initial nanoscale holes, holes is self-organize regulate growing between the dynamic balance of the chemicaldissolution and new oxide film layer being formed, eventually forming rules ofordered mesoporous array structure.
