Ultra-fine powder brought to the attention countries all over the world asthe result of its excellent characteristics. Ultra-fine powder is a kind ofcomprehensive high technology, it involves a wide range, so the research ismore difficult. In order to get more fine powder, the updating of Ultra-finegrinding equipment is the focus in all over the world, because of which thedevelopment of ultra-fine crushing theory lags behind the development ofcrushing equipment. Ultra-fine crushing theory research has also to furtherimprove and perfect.Ultra-fine powder is a particle group with a large number of small particles.the research of ultra-fine crushing theory cannot avoid a particle mechanicsperformance. In order to study simple, make the single particle breakage as theresearch object in the paper. Establish the grinding model. Based on the theoryof fracture mechanics and damage mechanics, study the grain stress, crack propagation conditions as well as the corresponding relationship of energyconsumption of single particle in the processing of grinding. According to thefatigue damage theory, observe the relationship between the speed of crackpropagation and applied load. Through the above researches, it provides animportant theory basis for the material crack extension and grinding.Generally, the working principle of ultrasonic grinding system is that makethe ultrasonic into the mechanical vibration,then it will crack the material usingthe ultrasonic crushing. So an ultrasonic horn plays an important role inamplifying the vibration displacement or energy. The stand or fall ofperformance of ultrasonic horn determines the grinding effect of ultrasonicgrinding. So the design of the ultrasonic horn is the important topic of theresearch on ultrasonic grinding. Design a cylinder and cone composite ultrasonichorn based on theoretical derivation and calculate the performance parameters inthe paper, The finite element analysis is analyzed using the finite elementsoftware ANSYS, oberve the longitudinal vibration displacement curve, get thenumerical of simulation parameters. Through the analysis comparison, it is notobtained for the data errors between theoretical derivation and finite element,illustrate the consistency between theoretical derivation and software analysis.On the basis of the theoretical research, make the simulation of grindingprocess of the single particle through the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, observeits stress change. Verify the feasibility of using ultrasonic to super fine grinding.Based on the theoretical research and simulation, establish the mathematical model of ultrasonic grinding. Verify the effect of ultrasonicgrinding by changing the technological conditions. Make a large amount ofultrasonic grinding test. Through changing the grinding time, ultrasonic power,particle size and the amplitude, observe the grinding effect.Analyze the data ofgrinding, then make sure the optimum technological conditions of ultrasonicgrinding. Through the test, observe ultrasonic grinding is similar to the surfacearea grinding model. Small particles fall from the surface of lager particles, thenform the ultra-fine powder.
