| Flotation is one of important steps in the process of coal washing; it has aneffectively sorting in coal under0.5mm or less. Along with the high quality coalmining and coal mining technology development, coal quality worse and worseand a large amount of slime was produced in the process of mining. Flotation isgetting more and more important in work improvement and economic benefit ofcoal plant in the current. In the flotation process, the collectors have a directimpact on the production process of each indicator. Research and developmentof new high efficient collector become one of the important means of improvingthe efficiency of flotation.In this paper, through the study of collecting, tire paralysis oil will be aflotation collector. And use the emulsifying technology, its configurationbecome tire paralysis oil emulsion. Using emulsion as a collector, three differentcoal slime flotation tests have been carried out, and compared with differentcollector collecting performance, flotation conditions made optimization. Finally,the contact angle, wetting heat and infrared spectrum analysis was done on thebefore and after the action of the emulsion of coal sample to probe into itsway.Mainly do the following works: 1. Using tire paralysis oil collectors unit was carried out on three differentcoal sample laboratory flotation tests, with kerosene as collector flotation andthe same coal slime of experimental results were compared. The experimentproved that the tire paralysis oil has a condition to be the collector of coal.2. Select the Span-80, OP-10and Tween-20three kinds of emulsifierused in emulsion tire paralysis oil and makes a stable oil-in-water emulsion. Andthe flotation experiment, flotation experiment results show that the tire paralysisoil emulsion has the stronger collecting sex and can effectively reduce thedosage of reagents and improve the plant production rate.3. The preparation of emulsion as collector in the flotation results with7131new high efficiency flotation collector results was compared. When thedosage is higher, the tire paralysis oil emulsion flotation effect is better than thesame amount of the effect of the type7131collector.4. Change the flotation conditions, the three kinds of pulp density (60g/L,80g/L,100g/L) and different dosage of foaming agent (60g/t,80g/t,100g/t,120g/t,150g/t), respectively, under the condition of research into the slurryconcentration and dosage of foaming agent on tire paralysis oil emulsionflotation effect.80g/L pulp density flotation effect is best. Foaming agent is80g/t-100g/t, the best effect and different dosage of foaming agent5. Through to the drug treatment before and after the determination ofcontact Angle of coal samples, the tire paralysis oil emulsion treated coal samplecontact Angle change is greater than kerosene processing after the contact Angleof coal samples, the tire paralysis oil treated coal sample surface wet abilityfrom hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Shows that the tire paralysis oil emulsionsurface wet ability of coal sample have significant changes.6.Test of kerosene and tire paralysis oil emulsion wetting respectively whenthe whetting heat of coal samples, the tire paralysis oil emulsion wetting thewetting heat when coal sample than kerosene wetting when the wetting heat of coal samples, instructions, tire paralysis oil emulsion more easily in the coalparticle surface adsorption7.Through the analysis of the infrared coal samples before and after theprocessing of infrared spectrum. All physical adsorption was found both inkerosene and tire paralysis oil emulsion on the surface adsorption of coalparticles. |
