The oily waste water is a kind of industrial sewage having a large capacity and a wide range. So it is urgent to study the treatment technology of the oily water in the course of the oilfield production. For its high efficiency of removing oil, the gas floatation is a kind of water treatment technology popularized actively in the world nowadays. Adding the floatation agent not only can get better floatation result, but also can reduce the response time to flocculate, which play an important role in project on reducing capital expenditure, energy consumption and the expenses on operation . On the basis of existing technology and problem, the thesis puts forward to the thought of making a new-type flotation agent, and hassuccessfully synthesize an ation high polymer organic flotation agent with high efficiency ofremoving oil and good capability of dissolving in the water.Probe into the function mechanism of flotation agent systematically above all, design the molecular formula on this basis in thesis, and select suitable monomers to synthesize flotation agent by the inverse emulsion polymerization. To solve the problem of unstable emulsion and un-synthesizing, thesis explores factors which affect the stability of emulsion, confirm steady emulsion system through experiments. On the premise of making stabile emulsion, a large amount of experiments were done to confirm the best experimental condition of reaction such as oil-water ratio, the concentrating of monomers,the reaction time, the reaction temperature, monomer ratio and the concentrating of the initiator .Carry on performance appraise to flotation agent synthesizing, discuss the effect on gas flotation, prove that the flotation agent synthesizing has very good performance of removing oil, which achieves the anticipated purpose.
