Study On The Living Environment Of Ecological Sensitivity Evaluation And Space Optimizationin In Plateau Lake Basins

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, urban and suburban land prices rising, the phenomenon of the irrational use of land resources has become increasingly severe. In Yunnan Province, one-third of GDP comes from nine plateau lakes basin, plateau lake basin is a core area of politics economy and culture. On the one hand, economic development is inseparable from Yunnan plateau lakes basin. On the other hand, due to vulnerability of high altitude lakes and the pressure of rapid urbanization, the environment of high altitude lakes is deteriorating. With the rapid development in recent years, contradictions between development and protection has been extremely sharp. How to solve the contradiction between the two and how to achieve a sustainable development of Yilong lake will be the focus of this study.Traditional planning method thinks from "the people" departure. It accords to the size of population and land needs to calculate the size of the city, and finally fights with natural disasters through strengthening city defense system. This method is a mistake. In this study, we research the ecological sensitivity of Yilong Lake Basin, and then get the ecological functions zoning of Yilong Lake Basin, in order to guide the development and construction of Yilong Lake Basin, to achieve sustainable development in the region.The main researching has three areas:(1)Basic research of human settlement environment in Yilong Lake Basin. Including the Yilong lake basin natural, social and economic conditions, land use and so on.(2)Researching of ecological sensitivity in Yilong Lake Basin. Including choosing the evaluating factors; building the evaluation system; evaluation of single factor; determining the weights; the rusults of comprehensive evaluation.(3)Study on space optimization of human settlement environment in Yilong lake. Researching from macro (space structure plans of Yilong Lake Basin),medium (major development and protection strategies of the region) and micro (the sustainable development proposals of the region),put forward scientific development proposals in order to find the direction of sustainable development between man and nature.It is essential for Yunnan province to accelerate development of Plateau Lake Basin. This study researches from the perspective of ecological sensitivity, and study deeply between development and protection problems. In this way,we find some scientific suggestions. However, faced with the sharp contradictions between development and protection, to achieve sustainable development of Plateau Lake Basin, we have a long way to go.
