In order to solve the wired transmission defects of drilling site data monitoring,the author designed a drilling information monitoring system platform based on wireless sensor networks and B/S structure. Monitoring platform contained the wireless sensor network, gateway devices and remote data server. The wireless sensor network(WSN) mainly is contained by the wireless sensor nodes that were arrangement with the tree network structure in drilling site. It is responsible for data collection, transmission and convergence. Gateway devices are GPRS DTU data transmission units, it sent the nodes’ data to the remote servers. The remote server is a Web server which could provide users a way to access information monitoring platform through Web Browser page. The platform used the ASP.NET development framework, and combined with Ajax technology to make data with a higher ability of real-time display. System testing results show that the information monitoring platform can meet the requirements of the drilling site environment monitoring data.At the same time, this platform provided the experimental platform for drilling site of wireless sensor network data management development.Finally, the paper study the early warning function for drilling site danger zone deeply. To realize the danger zone warning and security personnel of production safety is an important subject, and wireless sensor network as a new kind of data acquisition technology, in the aspect of safety early warning for operation staff have great research value. Danger zone warning function needs through wireless node location technology to achieve. In order to find out the suitable wireless node localization algorithm, this paper study the existing localization algorithm deeply, and master the basic localization principle and usual improvement methods. Then in view of the problem that the error rate of In-To-Out and Out-To-In is higher when located nodes in wireless sensor network by using PIT algorithm, this paper proposed an improved CT-IPIT+ algorithm which is used for application of warning of danger area,combined with the actual application requirements. Considered the "edge effect",the algorithm improved the interior point judgment rules which reduces the error rate of Out-To-In effectively; Through the selection of reasonable restriction threshold, the In-To-Out error was eliminated; By counting number of inside and outside judgement results, it could realize the purpose of reducing the total error rate of misjudgment further. The proposed algorithm is effective to reduce the rate of two types of errors by improving and completing the judgement rules. It shows that the total error rate of improved algorithm can be controlled at 6.3% in simulation results. This has important application value for the research on warning of danger area.The subsequent experiment results also verify the simulation results. Paper for hazardous area warning of improved localization algorithm effectively reduce the proportion of the two types of error, improves the accuracy of positioning results, and theoretical basis is provided for the practical application for this function.
