4-Chromones and 4-chromanones exhibited an extensive biological activities, such as Mannich bases of 4-chromones and 4-chromanones,6 or 7-aminoethoxy-4-chromanones and 7-aminoethoxy-4-chromones which were synthesized in our laboratory exhibit the significant anti-platelet aggregative activity. In this paper, the classification, mechanisms of action and development of anti-platelet aggregative drugs were summarized, and the anti-platelet aggregative activities of 4-chromones and 4-chromanones were reviewed.Based on the anti-platelet aggregative structure-activity relationships of 4-chromone, 4-chromanone and chroman derivatives which were synthesized in our laboratory, ingreting the principles of bioisosterism and hybridization, a series of 5 or 7-thiazoleaminocanbonylmethoxy-chroman derivatives were designed as the candidates of platelet aggregative inhibitors. The sixteen target compounds were synthesized and characterized by’H-NMR, MS and IR, which were not reported in the literature.The anti-platelet aggregative activity of target compounds is under studying. |
