4-chromanones are known to exhibit a wide range of biological activities. Mannich bases of 4-chromanones and 7-aminoalkyloxy-4-chromanones synthesized in our laboratory exhibit the significant anti-platelet aggregative activity. Furanocoumarins exist in many Chinese herbal medicine which exhibit similar biological activities. In recent research, furanocoumarins exhibit anti-platelet aggregative activity.In this paper, the classification, mechanisms of action and development of anti-platelet aggregative drugs were summarized, and the anti-platelet aggregative activities of 4-chromanones and furanocoumarins were surveryed.On the base of our previous work, 4-chromanone derivatives which include two of 8-acetyl-7-aminoalkyloxy-4-chromanones and six of 8-acetyl- 7-aminocarbonylalkyloxy -4-chromanones , and four of 8-arylcarbonyl-9-methylfurano[2,3-h]chroman-4-ones were designed as the candidates of platelet aggregative inhibitors , and synthesized and characterized by 'H-NMR and MS, which were not reported in the literature. |
