In today's management practice, the enterprises gradually pay attention to managing and controlling logistics cost. Firstly, there is plenty of space to decline in logistics cost; Secondly, effective cost control in logistics will bring high efficiency for companies, and then create the core competitiveness for enterprises. Not only there is a huge transport and logistics costs in beer industry, but also the packaging logistics costs and the cost of inventory in beer production enterprise is considerable. But the article which studied about internal logistics costs of beer industry is seldom. So the author tried to study logistics cost control from some new angle on the basis of in-depth investigation of the production characteristics for beer industry and enterprises practice, which is to optimize the logistics activities through logistics cost control.After analysing the formation of enterprise logistics system, this paper advances the DEA method to control the internal logistics costs in beer industry; Check and calculate one beer company's internal logistics cost on the basis of the reference of improved accounting law, and divides logistics cost of the company into four main units; Based on further, uses the control method of DEA to find the improving direction for the selected beer company's internal logistics; Finially, applies the witness software to build and simulate model of package logistics operations, adopts step-by step method to simulate three programs; Indicates that one of those programs is agreed with the logistics'improvement program and actual production, and predicts the net annual growth income which the improved programe brings is $570 000.
