| In recent years, with the improvement of people's living condition and strenghtening of the consumers'consciousness of self-protection, people have begun to attach more and more importance to food safety. However, kinds of problems such as fabrication in food production and sale and disproducts, which have harmed people's life and health, have aroused social and governmental alertness for food safety. To ensure the food safety is to protect people's life, enhance human life quality, promote food trade and maintain the world peace and development.Safety is one of attritbutes for food, which has close relations with food production, management and quality control. As a developing country, our national food safety is not so good as the developed countries'for the lagging of our economic foundation, management system, relevant laws and technologies. So we could develop our food safety management mechanism to catch up with the developed by learning from their experiences.Food quality safety management is the activities of analysis, plan, implementation and control for the ensurence of food quality, which has four dimensions. The first one is the management of the production process; the second one is the quality ratification, which is the direct national regulation; the third one is the selective examination from the government; the fourth one is the consumers'supervision, which is the ultimate stage. The above ones are interdepending and mutually beneficial. The primary principal for food safety is the manager of food production, so the government should take measures to supervise them effectively, improve their senses of laws, self-management and self-discipline. Though Tai'an city is one of the most renowned places of interest, it is still lagging behind in terms of economic foundation, management system, relevant laws and technologies. Therefore, it is compulsory for us to learn from the developed. This thesis intended to explore the underlying reasons of food problems in Tai'an city and solve them by the combination of governmental management and the companies'self-discipline.By the research on the control mechanism of food quality, the standardization mechanism of food market, the promotion machanism of food production, the universal laws of food management was concluded and then the strategies for food safety management was proposed in order to change the chaos of market order and establish an effective permanent mechanism for food safety management and then realize the ultimate aim---"Food is people's god, safety is food's god". |
