| The food industry has important degree in global economy, the problem of food quality safety is quite emphasized in the international society. The general level of the productivity in the food industry is not high in China, the problem of food quality safety is stand out, the significant quality safety accident of food was often happened. The health and security of human was threatened by the quality safety problem of food, which limited the improvement of human life quality. There are more than one thousand of food manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin which the quality of products are quite different and are worried by us. The refrigerant drinks are high risky products, which the quality conditions are not optimistic.This thesis studies the production technical condition of refrigerant drinks industry in Tianjin and analyses by mathematics statistical method, which can provide the primary data for government decision. It brings forward the assumption to improve the quality level and quality management of food manufacturing enterprises from production source and improve the competitive ability of the enterprises in full scale, accelerate the continuous development of the advanced productivity. It can provide the reference for the decision-making to implement the security supervise management of the food quality for executive management departments and establish the system of food quality safety management in Tianjin.This thesis applies the theories and methods in enterprise management, management economics, quality engineering, managerial mathematics and application statistics, it adopts the technical route of investigation, validation, data analysis, assumption research. In the beginning, it introduces the definition of food quality safety, content, impact factors and studies the current condition and problems of the security management system of food quality locally and internationally. Based on above, it analyses a great deal of data of refrigerant drinks industry in Tianjin to conclude the current condition of the production technology in the industry. Consequently, it put forward the approach to improve the quality safety level of food manufacturing in Tianjin from making local regulation sound, consummating standard system, overall managing the whole process, improving the ability of the professionals and establishing the credit system of the enterprises. |
