The Research On Affecting Factors To The Growth Of GEM Listed Company

As the shortage of funds, difficulty in financing to further develop growth of entrepreneurship, our management has been trying to open the business section. From stopping IPO in 2000 to October 25,2009,the first batch of 28 listed companies traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China's preparations to launch the GEM twists and turns lasts more than ten years. GEM venture enterprises established a direct financing channel, the business enterprises financing problem will be gradually solved. China's venture was announced by listing standards embodied in the strong growth-oriented high.however, how to measure GEM's high growth, which factors impact growth on the GEM and if there a relevance and function between entrepreneurial business growth and the existence of the factors affecting. All these will be urgent for us to study.This paper is divided into six chapters to discuss issues on Affecting Factors to the Growth of listed company in GEM. Chapter I of this paper analyzes the research background and purpose of the study, reviews the status of theoretical research on innovation ability, sustainable development capacity, performance evaluation at home and abroad, and outlines the research ideas, research methods, as well as the innovation of paper. Chapter II expounds this paper's basic theory, including business growth theory, the life cycle theory, principal component analysis method and cluster analysis method of statistical method. Chapter III analyzes the determinants to growth of GEM listed company and constructs the theoretical assumptions to growth factors. Chapter IV choose China's first batch of related data of the listed company on GEM, carry out performance evaluation empirical study through the establishment of assumptions, model building, sample selection, indicators selection, results analysis, test results of a number of steps. Finally, this paper analyzes the research and the shortcomings of the future research.
