Study Of The Tourism Development Project Environmental Performance Evaluation System Based On Fuzzy Multiple Attribute

Population, resources, environment and sustainable development has become the focus of today's international community, the environment has become the industries can not ignore the major issues, including being called "smokeless industry" of tourism. With the increasingly popular concept of sustainable tourism, how to achieve sustainable tourism a win-win situation of tourism and the environment has become an urgent problem.To achieve a win-win situation of tourism and the environment, we must have a comprehensive and scientific evaluation of the environmental effects of the tourism project. World Tourism Organization (WTO) Secretary-General F·Francisco says "tourism is the twenty-first century, leading industry to protect the environment." Good environment is a prerequisite for the development of tourism, but in the actual development of the tourism industry, due to profit-driven and practical impact, tourism and environmental protection are often in conflict, or even over-development of tourism damage due to the natural environment, in turn the deterioration of the natural environment destroy the tourism phenomenon. Currently, the study of environmental problems of tourism mainly in tourism resources, environmental impact and so on. How to solve the environmental problems of tourism and some practical issues of achieving sustainable tourism did well under way. Based on this, form the environmental performance, this dissertation evaluates the tourism development project in order to planning tourism development effectively, and select reasonable, effective and advanced environmental and ecological construction program to improve the environmental performance of tourism development projects.This dissertation first reviews the research on environmental performance evaluation. Based on the existing relevant environmental performance evaluation, and scenic environmental assessment and monitoring of research results, we select the evaluation of environmental performance indicators of tourism development projects. On basis the introduction of reference fuzzy mathematics, we combine fuzzy set theory with combining multi-attribute evaluation, and then build a tourism development project environmental performance evaluation index system. Secondly, take the development of a. business tourism area of Weifang as an example of empirical research. Through analysis of specific projects, we select "the amount of annual revenue," "public benefit level", "coordination with local environmental protection", "potential environmental impact," such as the eight indicators to evaluate the development plan of the project. By the method of subjective and objective,we set the indicators; Finally, we build a project environmental performance evaluation model of fuzzy multi-attribute synthetic. Finally, selects the best development programs by the specific projects.
