With the rapid development of China’s market economy becoming more perfect and mature, widespread application of Internet and information technology, the benefits of informationtechnology is to be seen in our life everywhere, e-procurement is being more and more acceptedby consumers and manufacturers for its convenient advantage. The advantages ofe-procurement of avoiding travel congestion or weather, time limit and online suppliers’s24hours opening to meet customer needs in any time and in any where make the e-procurementhas become more buy favor of the buyer compared with traditional physical stores.Firstly, starting from the background of e-procurement, introduce the current situation of theMultiple Attribute Decision Making with e-procurement, common decision-making theory andmethod, introduced several common approach to decision making, and the principles and stepsof the decision-making. Then, the theory of group decision making summary focuses on themodel-building process variance constraint analysis results of decisions and combined modelgives group decision making steps to solve practical problems; At last, an overview of thee-procurement, combined with the Alibaba procurement aluminum rods instance, verify thepreviously built model.Multi-attribute group decision making is the cross-cutting research directions ofmulti-attribute decision-making and group decision making. Both the research has made a lot ofresults. However, the multi-attribute group decision making applications to the e-procurement,domestic and foreign research is relatively less. The summary of previous research on the basisof multi-attribute group decision making creatively applied to the problem of e-procurementand the use of probability theory mathematical expectation and variance of the results to beadjusted.
