This is a serious asymmetry of information in credit market. It is the uncomplete gameplay relationship between the group customer and commercial banks, the commercial banks which lend to the same group customer. The article is a study based on this perspective.Group customer credit caused a huge risk to commercial banks. Its has been pressing to strengthen the Group's customer credit risk control. It analyzes the status of China's customer credit group and the impact caused by this. In order to chase the occupancy rate and margin of the market, it occurs the vicious competition between commercail banks, such as lowering the credit conditions of the Group of customers. This not only resulted in the accumulation of credit risk, but also in not benefit of the development for agriculture ,small and medium enterprises and risk industries. Through the credit risk of commercail banks and groups of customer credit correlation testing, it showed that, it caused a great risk to commercail banks.Then,it analyzed the reasons from the perspective of information economics, the information asymmetries between commercial banks and group clients, the different commercial banks ,loan guarantees and groups without the effective implementaion of risk-taking business customers lower-cost source of risk.It is a systematic major project to control group of customers'credit risk: First of all,we should solve the information asymmetric between banks, bank and group client.Secondly,the model of bank loan should be improved. The last, we should improve the supervision and management ability of department and social credit system. Through these measures, seek from a multi-level, multi-angle control of the risk of credit business group customers in order to achieve the safety, liquidity and profitability of commercial banks, so that to achieve rapid and healthy development of China's banking industry.
