Since the reform and opening up, the development of electronic commerce play a decisive role in the whole national economy, and has become the development trend of the world。The development of electronic commerce cannot leave the Network.Because the characteristic of Internet is virtual and open,credit problems is an important factor which restrict the development of electronic commerce. Both developed countries and developing countries,the credit problem is as serious in the course of the transaction.Lack of credit is the main reason that consumers do not like to choose and buy goods on the Internet. According to the online shopping market survey report shows, the number of online shopping in China has formed a huge user base and be just unfolding growth. A total of21cities once27.03million people in2014to buy anything online, online total amount to73.4billion yuan.The data of Commerce Department shows that in the E-commerce enterprises in our country the direct and indirect economic losses caused by lack of credit is as high as600billion yuan every year. The poor quality of the products, the production and sale of counterfeit goods, contract fraud, etc cause the loss of200billion yuan. In addition,in the e-commerce transactions the virtual trading process make the credit conditions difficult to get timely identify. So that lack of honesty is more common. This lack of trust is also due to the characteristics of electronic commerce. Openness and separability of the transaction existence in space-time. So that buyers and sellers cannot direct face-to-face transactions, and perception of things can not be more profound. Under the environment of such transactions, transaction risk is bigger, and at the same time it can add the degree of information asymmetry. The development of the electricity will be not rapid and healthy. Therefore, electricity enterprise focus on how to establish trust in the consumer groups. Information asymmetry is the root of the consumer credit problems in the online trading. So,it has important practical significance that we analysis the of e-commerce credit risk in the condition of information asymmetry.The research of this paper is based on the theory of e-commerce. Based on the information asymmetry (mechanism of e-commerce credit risk produced) were studied and in-depth. First of all, analysis the mechanism of credit risk in the electronic commerce-information asymmetry. Than we can summarize the causes, types, forms and consequences which relate to asymmetric information. Finally,wo can put forward the control countermeasures.The innovation of this article are mainly the following several aspects.Firstly, the concept of e-commerce credit risk are put forward. And we analyze the causes of the credit risk that information asymmetry. We expand and deepen the research field of information asymmetry. Second, most involved the study of credit problems in e-commerce environment is mainly embodied in the macroscopical field. The research of the microcosmic field is not enough, and the results are more dispersed. This article mostly research microcosmic field. The article analyze the credit risk about the present popular chat tools "Wechat". This article summarizes the risk caused by information asymmetry. Than we can reduce the degree of risk and promote the healthy development of e-commerce.
