A Research On Chinese Family Business Internal Governance Tactics

Family firms, as a kind of important form, all generally exist in the world. Since China's reforming and opening, the family firm has developed fast, and has become an important part of the market economy. However, due to the specific historical and cultural factors, the adjustment of the internal governance of Chinese family enterprises, which has entered a growth period, has become crucial.This study based on a large number of family business and management theories, and combined the status and characteristics of governance structure of Chinese family business, analyzing the difficulties about internal governance of Chinese family, trying to study for the development of family enterprises in China with Chinese characteristics and efficient internal governance mechanisms. This article uses the method of criterion, follow the way of put forward the problems, problems analysis, and solve the problems. Take Corporate XX as an example, introduce its governance structure firstly, then make an analysis of problems it faces, and at last, propose some countermeasures, what in main is to make a transfer from traditional family business governance to modern business governance by way of professional management and norm the governances structure, in order to get out of the plight of the mess of grow up. Numerous experience researches indicate that the vicissitudes of enterprises, achievement quality depend on, to a great extent, whether the enterprise's governance structure is efficient or not. It is proven by practice that through the perfection and innovation of corporate governance can solve the existing problems of family firms, which are feasible, and can help the continuous development of family firms of China and realize the second rapid development.
