Therefore, to address the phenomenon of cyclical fluctuations in China's real estate industry, analysis of fluctuations in the real estate cycle, endogenous factors and external shocks, raise and coordinate the national economy cycle mechanism, is still at an early stage of development of Chinese real estate industry to maintain sustained, healthy , stability, scientific development has important theoretical and practical guide.This thesis is based on the point, and focused on the real estate cycle and economic cycle fluctuation in running between the coordinate of the problem.
