Our country's resource concentrate in rural area, and the speed of tourism exploitation in rural slower than the speed of economy and city. so, promoting the rural tourism industry is valuable.At the same time,rural tourism industry also improving rural economy, giving impetus to rural new style construction,lower the distance between rich and poor, helping the development of whole economy.From the research we can see that,although tourism industry bring a lot of positive effect by exploitation, such as improving the employment, enhancing the income and improve the facilities.But at the same time,it also bring a lot of negative effects, such as worsening the environment,over exploiting the tourism resource and so on. So we can sure the exploitation of tourism resource take affect in the sides of culture,economy, local environment,and it's good or bad due to the management of the man that exploit the resource and government,also it still due to the relation between resident and tourism exploitation. From the research and case aboard, we can know that the relation between resident and exploitation take a very important role in the development of tourism industry.Because of the reason of above, the thesis analysis the factor of the effect of tourism industry and local resident from the angle of the perception of residents.It also can analysis which factor that play a important role between tourism exploitation and local residents.the thesis take analysis from several sides below. Firstly, introducing the background and signification of the thesis,and the situation about domestic and abroad's analysis. Secondly, defining some concept and explaining the theory about this thesis. Thirdly, introducing the background of investigative area and dealing with the date by some ways.Lastly, surrounding the key route of San qing mountain's resident perception that affected by the exploitation,such as economy, culture, environment and so on. It also show that the perception of local resident by the effect of tourism exploitation with different age, income and sex by the ways such as T-test. The research shows that the positive effect is stronger than the negative effect that by the tourism behavior. And the effect from the economy is stronger than the effect from the culture and environment. Most of residents take positive attitude towards the tourism exploitation.At last,by definiting quantitative and qualitative analysis, we can see that which is the best ways to exploit the local tourism resource, and which factor can balance the environment and make last-development of tourism come true.
