Market is the basis of the sustainable development of enterprise. In such a fierce competition of international and domestic market, the primary developing strategy of enterprise should give emphasis on upgrading the strength to acclimatize oneself to invariableness. The thesis of the dissertation is to research the way that SEI (Sinopec Engineering Incorporation) integrated its internationalized EPC management mode into its strategic development system of the company, precisely speaking, research the systematic way that SEI explored the overseas market to build up a globally leading engineering EPC company.The author made a thorough analysis on SEI internationalized EPC management mode through analyzing related documents, in-depth interviews and quantitative and qualitative researching methods. It concluded that SEI internationalized EPC management mode was a spontaneous developing strategy, which resulted from the certain level of development and readiness of conditions for internationalization; the internationalized strategy of development should focus on the internationalized EPC management; and also pointed out the shortcomings and problems in the process of internationalized EPC management mode.By studying the national and international environments, the author points out that SEI should intensify reorganization and strengthen the management on aspects of technique, elite, culture and the risk of the international project. The author deeply believes that as long as SEI insists international EPC management model, SEI will go abroad and fully become an international engineering company. Hereby it has great meaning to study the future international EPC management model of SEI.
