Research On Financial Ecological Environment Evaluation Of Heilongjiang Province Based On DEA/AHP

Since the global financial crisis broke out in 2008, financial security issue has become one of the focus questiones concerned. The imperfections of the financial system itself and the disimprovement of the finance supervision system are the main reasons for this financial crisis, which is precisely the issues to be addressed in the financial ecology construction, because the harmony between the financial subject and financial ecological environment is a basic symbol of financial ecological balance. Financial ecology issue has become an issue in hot discussion in the economic field. The financial ecological environment deterioration problem is more striking to those developing countries in the process of institutional transition especially.The financial ecological environment of a region not only is related to advantage and disadvantage of the operation situation of the regional financial subject, but also impacts on the regional economic development level directly. Therefore, the establishment of a financial ecological environment evaluation system in line with the reality that china are going through transitional period is of great value on preventing financial ecological environment degradation, improving fund deployment efficiency and guiding the reform of the financial system. Meanwhile, it also has important realistic significance in the harmonious development of the economy.In recent years, with the deepening development of reform and opening-up, there has a larger gap between the development of economy in Heilongjiang province and some developed provinces. And in the China's urban financial ecological environment ranking, Heilongjiang province has been taking the last place for several consecutive years, and the province's economic development has been seriously affected, and the impact appears an increasing trend. The poor financial ecological environment in Heilongjiang province has become a bottleneck and the major obstacles for the economic fast development in Heilongjiang province.This dissertation describes some related theoretical foundation of the financial ecological environment firstly, and analyzes the status of the financial economic environment in Heilongjiang province from the economic environment, social credit environment, legal environment and financial development respectively, and summarizes the existing problems. Again, this dissertation constructs the DEA/AHP basic model for the launch of the financial ecological environment evaluation. And on the basis of this model, this dissertation evaluates the financial ecological environment in Heilongjiang province. Finally, on the basis of the theoretical study, and combined with its own economic characteristics of Heilongjiang province, this dissertation puts forward to some policy recommendations on how to strengthen the province's financial ecological environment construction and promote the province's financial growth and economic sustainable development. This study results will be used to guide the Heilongjiang province's financial ecological environment construction work, promote the financial growth and economic sustainable development of Heilongjiang province, and lay a solid foundation for revitalizing the economy of Heilongjiang province.
