The concept of financial ecology is a imitation biological concepts which is first proposed by Doctor Zhouxiaochuan, is an innovative concept of modern economic and financial theory, well financial ecology is showed by the harmonious development of the financial ecology. When the county is well governance the country is peaceful and when the county is strong the country is developed. County's economic well develop and prosperity not only need to make full use of the regional advantages, resources advantages, industry Advantages and market advance but also need strong financial support, need to create a series of financial operations"soft environment", County financial sector need has a clear standard for financial ecology, so as to accurate and fully reflect the ecological conditions of the county's financial, resolve the problem timely, for effectively manage the financial ecology and provide basis for decision making for start business.This article based on the theory of financial ecology, according to factor analysis and DEA theory, Combined with the characteristics of the county's economic development, provided evaluation index system of financial ecology. Based on that we also use factor analysis evaluated 92 counties county ecology of Shandong province. After that established input and output index date of DEA model based on the condition of the factor analysis. At last combined with the result of factor analysis and DEA, we proposed recommendations for improvement and countermeasures for the 92 counties county ecology of Shandong province. |
