Study On Institutional Changes And Countermeasures Of Economic Integration Of Central China

Globalization of the world economy has now emerged as the world economic development trend. With the success of China's accession to the World Trade Organization,China has accelerated the process of integration into the economic globalization. All international sectors have adjusted their own development models and sped up the transfer to China. As a result of this,promoting the internationalization of banking has become one of the important issues of the economic globalization. Now the state-owned commercial banks have achieved certain success in international operation,however,there is still a gap comparing with the commercial banks in developed countries.Speeding up the internationalization process and quickly enhancing the international competitiveness of the state-owned commercial banks,and with the purpose of promoting the internationalization strategy, we must face the reality,changing appropriately on account of the changing circumstance,continuously improving the international competitiveness,as well as keeping the growth of power constant. Therfore,the study of state-owed commercial banks has important theoretical and pratical significance.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the theory of the commercial banks' internationalized development, the thesis analyzes Chinese state-owned commercial banks'present condition of the international development, internationalization factors as well as the existence of problems and causes. Secondly, by drawing lessons from the experience of both domestic and international combining theory and practical situations,suggestions are provided to speed up the internationalized operation of Chinese state-owned commercial banks. To speed up the internationalization of Chinese state-owned commercial banks, it is important to focus on selecting a correct development path,combining with our domestic policies,and according to the regional advantages,implementing the rational Region Development Strategy,selecting the flexible business model,using the reasonable internationalized organization and management structure,the implementation of geographical expansion of the advancing line and state-owned commercial banks, diversified business strategy, home business and overseas operations to achieve positive interaction,actively enlarging overseas business to improve financial innovation ability,and improving personnel training and reserves,while state-owned commercial banks cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the state should provide solid protection, drawing on international business and expand into government policy..
