The Research And Proposal Of Company "S" To The Design Of Internal Control And Budget Control Which Based On ERP System

ERP system develops so fast in recent years, thousands of companies over the world have finished full ERP project from logistic, Sale, finance and finally to meet the need for companies' stratagem. The ERP system has become a very important component of the structure of company.But there're lots of ERP systems may not win a good condition for the reason many companies'structure may not suitable to the ERP structure, if the company want to get the best profit from the ERP system, they must build up a good internal management and controlling structure at first.In the year 1972, SAS No.1 was claimed by The Auditing Standards Board (ASB), in which it defined the internal control include accounting control and managerial control. The managerial control spread a large range of the business. The budget control always defined in the managerial control but it certainly has two aspects of accounting and managerial control.' It develops the range of traditional internal control. And build a connection with accounting control and managerial control which will benefit to increase the capability of company to develop internal control system." As to clarify the importance of the budget control, this issue will specify it as single role and research together with internal control.Fortunately I have the chance to join the project of luxury company S to improve the internal control system by ERP system. So to clarify and research the application of ERP to the enterprise's control system will be the key achievement of this issue; I hope it could provide help to increase the effective and enhance the practice of ERP system to the management of the company.
