With the rapid development of e-commerce, online shopping become more and more consumer choice and online shopping market is developing rapidly in China. Internet not only changed the way people are shopping, but also attracted many entrepreneurs set up their own online shop. Online shopping environment is different with the traditional physical store shopping environment and shows some new features. The online shop marketing strategy should difference with traditional marketing strategy.The object of study is a start-up online shop-Rainbow Fish DIY Family Shop on Taobao. Review online shopping consumer behavior, online marketing strategy and small enterprises marketing strategy through literature research.Formulate a questionnaire to the consumers in the online shop. It will value the customers'satisfaction and effectiveness of existing marketing strategy according to the results of survey. New marketing strategy will be formulated according to survey. The research could help a start-up online shop to make marketing strategy quickly. It's useful to make an effective marketing decision by limited resource for a start-up online shop.
