A Research On The Finance Competitiveness For High-Tech Small And Medium Enterprises In China

High-Tech small-medium-sized enterprise(Referred to as SME) is currently the most active innovation group in the development of the world's high-tech industry, which is the main force in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and also the key circle to improve national economic and technological competitiveness. High-Tech SME, how to recover the "crisis trauma", a pressing question facing the financial interface:where is the competitiveness of enterprises against financial risk? How does the financial competitive advantage transform into the financial competitiveness, as well the competitiveness of enterprises? What areas are the financial competitiveness referred to? Which is the scientific evaluation method of the financial competitiveness? Therefore, it will be an important practical significance to enhance competitiveness of enterprises through doing deep research for High-Tech SME financial competitiveness.Thesis is divided into five parts. The third section presents the constructing principles of the financial competitiveness index system, through selecting index, processing data and using factor analysis, eventually comes to the financial competitiveness ranking of High-Tech SME. The fourth section is based on the empirical result and the SME financial competitiveness's situation, and summarizes the impact factors of the High-Tech SME financial competitiveness. The final section proposes practical improvements to enhance the financial competitiveness with the current status of High-Tech SME development.
