Over the past 15 years, real estate industry in our country get a rapidly development, and become the gradually industry of national economy. But compared with other mature industry, China's real estate enterprises still exists certain disparity on internal resources, the enterprise core superiority, the management level of the enterprise and enterprise growth environment. Especially for real estate enterprises, this study is made on the lack of adequate enterprise growth theory. Therefore, research of the growing factors of the real estate enterprises is extremely theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the theory of enterprise growth in growth and influence factors of the theory of literature review, on the basis of real estate enterprise itself characteristic, the growth that real estate enterprises are mainly affected by the internal resources, industrial factors and macro environment factors, the influence of . three levels of three levels influence importance is different. From three aspects this paper after the growth of real estate enterprises in the specific factors affecting the theoretical analysis on the growth that one should integrate internal resources and attention of industry market development, still need to have the strong support of the government policies and laws.
