Comparative Research Between The Basic Theories Of Supply Chain Parternership

With the concerns of supply chain parternership, many scholars research for this on the basis of various theoretical perspectives. These studies to the supply chain partnership have provided the guidance of its implementation. However, most scholars do not make a systematic study of various theories to supply chain partnership. In this paper, those theories of the past research results are reviewed and outlined the related fundamental research. On the based of those leteratures summarying, this paper mainly gives a comparative study between the basic theories of supply chain parternership and conductes a systematic analysis. In this paper, the theories were compared through the following sections.The first section asks questions. The paper points out the problems of the theoretical research for supply chain parternership including the theoretical framework incomplete and so on. Meanwhile, the article shows the significance of the comparative study between the basic theories of supply chain parternership.The second section reviews the based theoretical of Supply Chain Partnership. This section is to specify what kind of perspective that domestic and foreign scholars described and researched on supply chain parternership.It also briefly describes the status of basic research and its research achievements.In the third and fourth part, I have analyzed and elaborated the various of basic theories. The basis of various theories include the two areas about the establishment and coordination of supply chain partnerships.In the thied chapter,I analyze the basic theories on the establishment of supply chain parternership.First,I analyze it from the overall perspective based on the trategic management theory. Then I analyze it from bilateral relations, internal supply chain, external supply chain, supply chain network relations corresponding to these four basic theories which are based on the level of evolution to establishment of Supply Chain Partnership.Each level of theory followed by transaction costs,resource-based theory,value chain enhancing,resource dependence,social capital.The basic theory of Supply Chain Partnership about coordination include coopetition, principal-agent,intergrowth and game.And I explain supply chain partnership from different perspectives.The fifth part is the paper's core.supply chain partnerships about deconstruction and integration. Firstly, analysis of different theories commonalities, and diversity on the basis of academic background on different theories to derive a fusion of the basis of supply chain partnership conceptual framework, it is the most important innovations of this paper, and paper the results, let understanding and interpretation of the whole supply chain partnerships throughout the process. Second is the basic theory of supply chain relationship between the comparative study. Among them, the Supply Chain Partnership to establish the matching analysis including supply chain strategy and competitive"strategy and business functions of the matching strategy of the match. Relations based on cooperation to establish the basic theory of comparative analysis of the theoretical differences between the focus and cooperation and collaboration factors. Relationship-based comparative study basic theory of operation, described the relationship between supply chain linkages and cooperation between all the main features shown.
