Research On Problems Of Principal-agent And Strategies Of Them In Supply Chain Management

Since the conception of supply chain management was proposed in 1990s, it has become the focus of people' study. The theory of principal-agent is the base of the theory of supply chain management; the problems of principal-agent in supply chain are adverse selection and moral hazard resulting from information asymmetry. That these two problems are solved is the premise of that supply chain works well. So, It is necessary to study the strategies of these two problems.This thesis, by virtue of game theory and the information economics theory, used separately the signal transmission and the drive mechanism to solve the two problems of principal-agent in supply chain, simultaneously also elaborated other strategies. This thesis made efforts to provide the theory basis and the actual instruction to solve these two problems, thus for supply chain management to be able to display the high efficiency in the enterprise, to enhance the productive forces and to obtain the strong market competitive power to provide the good foundation safeguard.
