Research On Some Key Technologies Of Collaborative Production And Business Platform

Collaborative Production and Business is an advanced manufacturing mode which is made to correspond to the knowledge economy and challenges from global manufacturing in order to respond to market demand, reduce production costs, enhances competitiveness and the regional economic development. The paper is based on a clothing manufacturing enterprise information construction, combining the priority theme of information of the manufacturing industry in Zhejiang province, researching the number of key technical service in this enterprise production and business operations, and applying it through combining platform. Platform view it as the core business, conducting the cooperative business and cooperative producing on the demand and implement the core of the enterprises and partnership between the business products. Comes to the optimal selection of partners in Collaborative Production and Commerce Platform, this paper proposes a method based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) used for partner selection, and gives one Computational example to illustrate its effectiveness. It provides a new and effective idea about research and application of partner selection. For the problem of global collaborative production planning, the paper proposes two methods to address two possible scenarios. The first one is based on the time-cost optimization, the main objective is developing a production plan to minimize the total cost of production within the period required by the order. The second is based on the time of global optimization, mainly for shortening the cycle of completing the total task of collaborative production in the case that each partner company may have multiple former or latter sub-tasks. Both methods took into account Nature and practical significance of Collaborative Production and Business. This has important research value about the production plan of Collaborative Production and Business.At last, this paper bases on actual demand, introduces the specific realizations of Collaborative production and business platform, and gives specific examples of the platform.
