Residential supporting facilities are an indispensable and important part of residential construction. With the improvement of living standard, the living and quality of service requirements of people are also becoming more and more rising, so residential supporting facilities has attracted increasing attention.In the process of the construction of residential supporting facilities, we will inevitably encounter how to choose the proper one from several construction programs. The proper choice and implementation of the program of residential supporting facilities not only can reduce energy consumption, but also reduce the investment in increasing economic efficiency. Therefore, the effective evaluation for the comprehensive efficiency of residential supporting facilities can make all supporting facilities achieve reasonable match, which is helpful for real estate enterprises to improve economic performance, the government to formulate and perfect the relevant residential energy policies to promote energy reduction.Based on the defining the concept and research areas of residential supporting facilities, the thesis illustrates the effects , summarizes the situation of the residential supporting facilities'comprehensive effectiveness, analyses the present condition of our housing construction, and points out the questions lying in our housingThe thesis illustrates the theories and methods of comprehensive efficiency evaluation in residential supporting facilities, mainly analyzing and comparing the Level Analysis and Data Cross Envelope Evaluation and the theories and methods of their combination, and sums up the features of the three types of evaluation theories and methods.According to the features of comprehensive efficiency evaluation in residential supporting facilities, the thesis comes up with the choosing principles in comprehensive efficiency index. According to different features of water supply, drainage, heating, electricity, gas and telecom infrastructure, built the comprehensive efficiency index different from secondary index in each supporting facilities, and then build the comprehensive efficiency index system in residential supporting facilities.Taking some residential district of C city for example, the thesis evaluates the comprehensive efficiency of the six construction plans to residential supporting facilities utilizing Level Analysis Modal and Data Cross Envelope Evaluation Modal and their combination modal, and analyzes the results of the three evaluation methods. It suggests the evaluation of construction plans to residential supporting facilities by utilizing several evaluation methods. The creative points in the thesis lie in the followings: first, it is the first time to compare the comprehensive efficiency of several construction plans to residential supporting facilities by utilizing Level Analysis and Data Cross Envelope Evaluation and their combining theories and methods, and the thesis complement the methods of comprehensive efficiency in residential supporting facilities, which helps people select the better plans of residential supporting facilities with quantitative analysis and offers the reference to government to draw up policies and supplies the theory evidence and new ideas to choose the plan of residential supporting facilities. Second, the thesis builds up a integrated comprehensive efficiency index of residential supporting facilities and comes up with the new ideas of constructing it.
