According to the result, the development of Tianjin's financial industry takes shape, but the efficiency of capital is not high enough, and financial innovation mechanism is still not perfect, especially the relatively weak financial infrastructure, so there are still many areas need improvement. In the light of the City Competitiveness Report published by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2009, in China's three major economic circles, the development speed of Bohai Economic Rim is the fastest, but in the line a breakdown of the key cities competitiveness ranking, there is a certain disadvantage in the aspects of economic structure, system, government management, capital strength and talent reserve of Tianjin. So Tianjin needs to use the current window period to accumulate the financial resources, to adjust the layout of the financial industry.
