The Research On Trust Financing Models Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

The small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting China's economic growth, providing jobs and adjusting economic structure of China. But shortage of funds and difficulty of financing are the dilemma of restricting their steps to develop for quite a long time, it is important to solve these problems. This thesis is a theoretical exploration of resolving the financing problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises by attempting to introduce the trust institution.The thesis begins with the financing features of small and medium-sized enterprises, then explores the reasons of the shortage of funds and difficulty of financing in China. Moreover, by Analyzing the trust financing features the thesis puts forward three models:the trust equity models, the trust corporate asset backed securitization models and trust leasing models. Further more, it focuses on analyzing their features and operability of the three patterns and then sets up their frameworks respectively. Finally, based on the former analysis, aiming at solving all kinds of problems of models, the thesis proposes some recommendations of promoting the small and medium-sized enterprises financing support system.The thesis not only broaden the financing channels for the small and medium-sized enterprises, but also solve the shortage of long-term funds for the small and medium-sized enterprises, it has great significance for the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
