With the rapid development of market economy, corporate control and dominate more and more resources. The role of corporate in social development has become increasingly important. But the development of enterprises has also led to a series of questions that can not be ignored, such as environmental pollution, resource waste, safety incidents, damage of employee benefits and the interests of consumers, and so on. The issues of corporate social responsibility have been given increasing attentions in the community. There are extensive researches on corporate social responsibility from many different perspectives. As the important policy makers and promoters of corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurs have what view of corporate social responsibility and will bear what kind of the society responsibility will inevitably have a major impact on business growth. This article discusses entrepreneurs'corporate social responsibility orientation and relationship between entrepreneurs'corporate social responsibility orientation and business growth from the view of entrepreneurs'corporate social responsibility orientation, by empirical ways.First the article has sorted and summarized the theories of corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurs'corporate social responsibility orientation and the relationship between corporate social responsibility orientation and enterprise growth. Then there are put 12 theoretical assumptions. We have delivered and recovered questionnaires to acquire the data, later we use SPSS 16.0 to analyzed the 186 valid questionnaires. We tested the validity and reliability of questionnaires using factor analysis and Cronbach a analysis, and the result show that the validity and reliability of questionnaires are good. Then we have a descriptive statistical analysis on the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs, various dimensions of corporate social responsibility orientation and business growth. Finally, we analyzed correlation of various dimensions of corporate social responsibility orientation, and the relationship between corporate social responsibility orientation and corporate growth. And we also compare the differences of corporate social responsibility orientation based on different individual characteristics of entrepreneurs.The study results show that:Economic responsibilities take up primary position, followed by legal responsibility, ethical responsibility, charitable responsibility. Gender and age of entrepreneurs will have certain influence on corporate social responsibility orientation.In other words, men are more concerned about the economic responsibility and women pay more attention to the charitable responsibility, and the older entrepreneurs more concerned with legal liability than young ones. And corporate social responsibility orientation doesn't have significant effect on growth of enterprises, so this may be because the thought of corporate social responsibility had not be deeply rooted among the people, or there may be some intermediary variables between the both.
