With the economic globalization and the deepening of market economy, many companies are lack of social responsibility when they compete with rival companies or when they deal with their own business. There are many issues of morality of low level in companies. These behaviories hurt public's nerve deeply. Meanwhile, the companies don't fulfill their social responsibilities, which will affect the image of company's brand and its reputation. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said, "Entrepreneur should flow of blood to the moral." At that time, he inspected enterprises and talked with entrepreneurs in Guangdong in July,2008. Since then, the prime minister mentioned earnestly and repeatedly, which caused many people discussing enthusiastically domestic and overseas, and caused large number of people being insighted in corporate social responsibility with reflection, questioning and reflection.The subprime crisis emerged from Wall Street in USA at the end of 2006. Since then, this crisis had great impact on the companies all over the world with the method of nonlinear effects. Many companies were in trouble because of this crisis, and the behaviors of lacking of sense of responsibility emerged. For example, large layoffs emerged. How do the companies fulfill their social responsibility in the financial crisis? This problem is worthy of careful consideration of each individual.One company is an organism. The 21st century is the century of companies. The competition among countries is the competition among enterprises essentially. The promotion of competitive power in country is decided by the promotion of competitive power in company. The competitive power in company can be reflected by the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. At the same time, only can we put the corporate strategic management into the corporate social responsibility, so that the corporate social responsibility is the most competitive.Firstly, this article starts from the evolution of the theories of corporate social responsibility, and we put the corporate strategy and corporate social responsibility together effectively. We compare the traditional corporate social responsibility with strategic corporate social responsibility by five dimensions:consistency, specificity, prospects, voluntary and visibility. On this basis, we define the concept of strategic corporate social responsibility. Secondly, we analyze the mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility from both internal and external point of view, and we build the basic analyze model of social responsibility of strategic corporate social responsibility. We consider that the contents of strategic corporate social responsibility are the economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and charitable responsibility. After that we analyze it deeply, then we build the integrated research framework of strategic corporate social responsibility, including the integration of corporate social responsibility and corporate strategy and the implementation of strategic corporate social responsibility. And then we form a three-dimensional conceptual model of strategic corporate social responsibility at last. Thirdly, we define the concept of strategic social responsible competitive strength, and its content. We release "the weight of experts'questionnaire", and start extensive questionnaire survey. So we get the weight of strategic corporate social responsible competitive strength by the method of AHP, and then we can say what weight of corporate social responsibility is the most strategic and the most competitive. Finally, we establish the training mechanism of competitive power of strategic corporate social responsibility from the angle of view of system, and we propose that the performance of competitive power of strategic corporate social responsibility was the modern Confucian businessmen and the Spirit of Confucian businessmen at the angle of entrepreneur.In this article, we integrate strategy with corporate social responsibility. We use methods of theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative, then analyze strategic corporate social responsibility and its competitive strength comprehensively. We enrich the theoretical system of corporate social responsibility, and provide a probing thought with practice of strategic social responsibility of Chinese enterprises.
