The Research Of Logistics Service Providers Evaluation Based On Trust

With the rapid development of economic globalization, more and more enterprises mainly focus on product research, production, marketing and other competitive advantages of the core business, they plan or already start to outsource the logistics operation to logistics management enterprises(logistics service providers)in order to improve development of themselves.For logistics service providers, with market becoming more competitive, they begin to realize that only sticking to management with guarantee will win logistic requirement enterprises'trust and survive in market,which is the lifeline of logistics service providers.As a result, based on trust, selecting the appropriate logistics service providers is a key issue,which can make the advantages of logistics outsourcing come true. All of these explain considering trust aspect's influence has certain significance to the logistics service providers evaluation and selectionThis papers spreads out just based on the above background. Firstly, do some researches and review some related theories, such as trust theory, BP neural network and the trust problem of logistics service providers; Secondly,after analyzing source factors of trust,we can build the logistics service provider evaluation index system from the basic situation of enterprises,business performance and management level these three sides of 13 trust factors;Thirdly,after building the hierarchical structure,we the use of AHP and Fuzzy Logic for evaluating the weight of trust factors;Then,using BP neural network to build trust identifying model and simulation experiment, the 33 sets sample data are divided into 2 parts-training and testing, through the results of simulation experiment, this paper use BP neural network to build trust identifying model of logistics service providers,which is viable and effective;Finally, according to different trust level degrees,13 logistic service providers are divided into 3 categories,using the results of simulating experiment, so different levels of enterprises can take relevant trust incentive mechanism.Through simulation experiment, we can find that each index of logistic service providers, superior or inferior, has significant correlation with managing level and enterprise's influence, the more superior index of providers have, the higher trust degree they will get; The results of simulation experiment also explains that it is effective to construct logistics service providers trust identifying model based on BP neural network. We can get the degree values directly by this model, as well as the corresponding trust section, which can provide logistics requirement enterprises with trust reference,but also help the logistics providers to find incentive mechanism on trust.
