With the rapid development of E-Commerce,especially Third party e-commerce B2B platform , numerous newly emerging. The E-Commerce industry is further divided into different categories,and the traditional value一chain of the Third party e-commerce B2B platform corporations is experiencing lots of changes,which never happened before. In essence,they have more value一added Process and value一added content,which bring the corporations change their strategies indifferent levels.Mean while,With the diversities of the customers and more serious competitions tom both domestic and international Third party e-commerce B2B platform,our E-Commerce market has been experiencing lots of changes in the sense of competition environments:(1)entire value—the third party e-commerce B2B platform chain competition structure has already been formed;(2)the value一E-Commerce chain has been changed dramatically,and this is going to deeply impact the traditional running mode of industry;(3)The emphasis of the competition is showing a tendency of turning to back. End of E-Commerce value一chain;(4)the content of the competition in the Third party e-commerce B2B platform market has changed. In this thesis,based on the theories of value一chains,the changes with E-Commerce value一chains,the corresponding effects on the third party e-commerce B2B platform ,and the identification of the dramatically一changing market competition environment,we Proposed the development strategies:(1)Plement the strategies;(2)set up a beneficial value transmission mechanism;(3)set up a fluent information一exchange mechanism; (4)build the corporation value一chain.Finally, based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges confronted by alibaba,the corresponding strong Points and weak Points,and the existing Problems,we have Proposed the following suggestions for Third party e-commerce B2B platform. In this thesis,we have Proposed the development strategies of the third party e-commerce B2B platform based on the theory of value一chain. We have also combine the theoretical analysis with the Practical case of alibaba. Our research will be very important in both theory and Practical applications.
